Payment Policies
We accept cash, checks and credit cards. Our Billing Department will call you before your procedure to discuss any patient responsibility that will be due on the date of your procedure. We also offer a flexible payment plan as a part of our Compassionate Care program. Please ask our Financial Counselors for details.
Insurance and Billing
We accept most traditional insurance plans. Please contact our Billing Office at 708-375-1383 to verify acceptance of your plan. Qualifications for insurance coverage may differ due to the uniqueness of each insurance plan and the procedure you are scheduled to have.
